FAQ

Fan-powered shows, explained

Quick answers for artists and fans. No fluff, just facts.

Do fans pay up front?

Nope! Fans only pay when a show is locked in. Their pledge holds their spot.

Do I need a promoter?

Totally optional. Go direct or let us connect you with local partners if you want backup.

What’s the fee?

Pilot rate: A flat 50p on each ticket we sell. That's it. Alternatively if you want to sell the tickets elsewhere, we'll just need to figure out a share of the fees.

Where are tickets sold?

Tickets are sold through our checkout. Extras will be sold by the venue's ticketing partner if they have one. If you have an existing ticketing or CRM solution you want to use, talk to us about how we can integrate and work together.

Do I get to choose which venue I'll play in?

If several venues come back with availability, you'll be able to choose between them. A show isn't confirmed until the artist and venue agree, so you'll never have to play in a venue or on a date that you don't want to.
